I've tried chaning the ASIO buffer size (in the driver control panel - which can't be accessed from Hauptwerk I am unconvinced that this change has taken place since the "5152" message does not change. (Please note that some drivers do not report their latency correctly, and a reported latency of 88200 frames or more should be ignored.) The audio device works with the 64 bit Basic Edition using the "Direct Sounds" dirvers - which only provides access to two channels of output. There are drivers for this for Windows 7 64 bit which I have downloaded and installed from the M Audio web site.
I have recently upgraded to Windows 7 64 bit and in preparation for moving to Hauptwerk Advanced Edition to have multiple outputs, I am trying out the M audio Fast track Ultra USB device.
